2. What You’re Getting

• Supply and installation of a solar PV system including panels, inverter, and/or battery as detailed in your contract.
• Installed by licensed and accredited installers.
• All products are new, genuine, and approved by the Clean Energy Council where applicable.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Total price is fixed as per your contract — no hidden charges.
• Deposit: no more than 10% of the contract price.
• Final payment is due only after installation is complete.

4. Installation Timing

We aim to install on the agreed date, subject to weather conditions, product availability, and required approvals.

5. Warranties

Panel, inverter and battery warranties follow manufacturer terms, typically ranging from 5-25 years. Workmanship is covered by a minimum 5-year Elior Energy warranty. See our full Warranty Policy for details.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the property and ensure the roof and switchboard are in good condition.
• Follow all post-installation care instructions provided by Elior Energy.

7. Cooling-Off & Cancellation

• A 10-business-day cooling-off period applies from the date you sign.
• A full deposit refund applies if you cancel within this timeframe.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Contact Elior Energy directly first with any concerns.
• If unresolved, you may contact the relevant consumer or energy dispute body in your state or territory.

9. Important Note

Energy savings may vary based on your household’s energy use, applicable tariffs, and weather conditions. Any savings estimates provided are not guaranteed.

This page is a summary and does not constitute a legal contract. Full terms and conditions are detailed in your signed Solar Supply & Installation Agreement.
