Warranty Policy

1. Purpose

This Warranty Policy explains the rights of customers and the obligations of Elior Energy in relation to the supply and installation of solar systems. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and all applicable renewable energy program requirements.

2. Our Warranties

Workmanship Warranty

We provide a minimum 5-year warranty on our workmanship for the installation of solar PV systems. This covers defects arising from the installation process, including wiring, mounting, and system configuration. If a defect occurs due to workmanship, we will repair or rectify the issue at no cost to the customer.

Product Warranty

All solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other equipment supplied by Elior Energy are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer warranties typically range between 5-25 years, depending on the product. Customers are provided with copies of all manufacturer warranty documents at the time of installation.

Performance Guarantee (if applicable)

Where manufacturers provide performance guarantees, such as panel efficiency over time, these are also passed on to the customer.

3. What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow user instructions.
  • Damage due to extreme weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control.
  • Alterations, repairs, or modifications not carried out or approved by Elior Energy.
